One and a half weeks with no tobacco in my system and yes I want one right now. Method, cold turkey, drinking water, more water and lots more water. Sleep as much as possible and the three bottles of wine I bought helped a lot. I can now have coffee in the morning without thinking about a smoke. However if I get mad the first thing I want is a ciggie. If some old found butt showed up would I smoke it ! ?
