We are constantly bombarded with get rich quick schemes that with just a few clicks of the mouse will make us a millionaire. Yeah, I think most of us, or so I hope, know that something like that is never going to make you rich, and it's quite the opposite really. If you think there is a quick way to get rich on the Internet then I suggest you think again. Actually, to get rich on the Internet requires not only skills but also dedication and a good idea. You will have to work towards the goals in your dreams and never give up. When the news that CNN was going to buy Mashable was released, many people started saying that Pete Cashmore became rich overnight.

For someone who hasn't done their homework correctly, it might appear that way. The real story is that Pete Cashmore worked 18 hour days and wrote 8-10 articles each day in the beginning of his venture. He pretty much kept that pace up for 7 years before hitting the news as an overnight millionaire with his social media news site. That is hardly getting rich overnight if you ask me. So what are the REAL ways you can make money online, and how do you get started?

Well, after trying to find some solid information on this subject, it was clear that what was needed was for me to find some information that actually portrays the real world online, and how other people have made their money before. What I found is definitely going to set you off in whatever direction you want to go. It's a flowchart created by Fast Company, and it is called, How To Make Money On The Internet.

The flowchart actually consists of several different paths depending on what you want to work with online. Then from that point, it branches out into several different areas where you can actually make money. All you have to do is to follow the lines of your interest and then get started. This is in no way a get rich quick scheme, it just outlines the ways you can really make money online, like for real.

My humble advice to anyone who wants to start a venture like this would be to make sure you always evolve your idea. Make mistakes, we all do. Always try to think outside the box, and don't listen to people who say it can't be done. There is always a way, you might just not have the knowledge to get there yet. Dedication, inspiration and of course a dream are really what you'll need to find your answer and the path to get to your goal. It's all in the mindset. If you can dream it, you can build it. It's just simple as that. Just because you have a great idea though, don't go thinking it will become a fast success like Pinterest or one of these mega sites for example. In 99.9% of the cases, it takes years to get to a point when you can actually reap the rewards of your hard work. Pete Cashmore is a great example of that.

There comes a time in everyone's life when picking someone's brain is the only thing you can do to learn something. Knowledge doesn't just get poured into your brain with the push of a button. As a geek, you can come up with a slew of different ways to research and learn new things, and it doesn't have to be that hard. But what is all that knowledge worth when the zombie apocalypse is closing in? As a zombie, you will become the ultimate vegetable, and all that awesomeness you've learned throughout your life will be downgraded to a vacant expression as your entire body tries to propel itself forward with each swing of your arms.

I am sure I am not the only one who sometimes wishes learning new things would be as easy as eating cookies from a jar, right? With each cookie, you could learn something new, and all you would have to do is just choose whatever it is you need to know. It turns out this is not as much of a science fiction idea as you might think it is. Well, it is, but not the picking cookies from a head part of it all. Are you finding yourself confused at the moment?

Not to worry, have a look at this thrilling Zombie Head Cookie Jar that will have you picking someone's brain in no time. It's one of those perfect jars to pull out if you have your grandmother over for a cup of tea, or if you just want to have your friends and family keep their hands off your cookies. Well, not really. This thing is probably like a cookie magnate. Just laying your eyes on this thing will have you become the cookie monster in no time. You will be able to get it off of Amazon for just $29.99. $30 for a a cookie jar might seem like a lot, but also know that you will be able to conceal "food" when the zombie apocalypse is upon us. It's a small price for survival me thinks.

Take A Dip In The World's Largest & Deepest Swimming Pool

Since I just learned how to swim a couple summers ago, I'm like a little kid when it comes to swimming pools. I love to see all the different designs, and there are definitely some creative ones out there once you start looking. For example, I recently wrote about this dumpster swimming pool, which is obviously a pool made from an old dumpster. Hey, don't knock it; I'd get in that thing. Then there was this collection of hotel balcony swimming pools, which blew my mind. I've never stayed at a hotel with a pool like any of those, but if I ever did, I'd be in the pool the whole time.

The swimming pool I'd like to show you today isn't spectacular because of its creative shape or design, it's just simply all about size. As a matter of fact, at first glance, you might even not realize this is a swimming pool. It kind of looks like it's part of the ocean.

This swimming pool is the world's largest swimming pool, and it's six times larger than the pool in the number two spot, so whoever designed this made sure it would hold the number one position for a while. It's 3,324 feet long (1,013 meters). It also holds the record for being the world's deepest pool since it's 115 feet deep in the deep end. It holds 66 million gallons of water. And, yes, those are boats you see navigating through it. Apparently the water is so clear that you can see all the way to the bottom, even in the deep end. If you would like to swim in this pool yourself, you can visit the San Alfonso del Mar resort in Chile. Dang, I'm sold, who wants to go with me?
